The biggest New Year's Eve celebration in downtown Phoenix is back. A block party will be held Dec. 31 at Margaret T. Hance Park near Central and Portland. The annual event was put on hold last year because of the coronavirus pandemic. The new location will be entirely outdoors and there will be three stages of music, as well as fireworks and food trucks.
