Amani Kheirollah is accused of shooting and running over a man at a strip mall near 51st Avenue and Indian School Road on May 29.

DPS says the incident happened when the victim was changing a tire on the right shoulder of eastbound Interstate 10 near 51st Avenue, just east of the Loop 202.

“As the investigation continued, Detectives developed probable cause to arrest a man, later identified as Robert Segobia,” Sgt. Vincent Cole said. “Mr. Segobia was contacted and taken into custody.”

Phoenix officers responded to a trouble call near 62nd Avenue and Camelback Road and found two men with gunshot wounds.

Drivers across the Phoenix metropolitan area may have a busy commute this weekend due to multiple closures and restrictions on I-10, Loop 101, I-17 and more.

Fire officials say the man had been walking in an area near 103rd Avenue and Indian School late Friday night when he fell.

The suspect reportedly visited the Curacao store in west Phoenix and stole multiple pieces of jewelry from a display counter.

A man is wanted for robbing a Family Dollar store near 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road on the morning of Jan. 18.

The collision happened when a pickup truck heading east on McDowell hit 17-year-old Juan Diaz, who was standing in the street.

Police say two men are wanted in connection to a Phoenix homicide that left a 39-year-old man dead. One of the suspects goes by the nickname "Slow Motion."

A 20-year-old woman was killed in a crash near 43rd Avenue and Dunlap on March 8.

Several major closures will be in effect this weekend on I-10 and I-17 in the Phoenix area due to pavement maintenance and other improvement projects.

SkyFOX was over the scene near 111th Avenue and Highland. The Arizona Department of Public Safety says its detectives were patrolling the area when they spotted evidence of a possible drive-by shooting at a home.

Once at the scene, officers found an injured man lying in the southbound lanes of 43rd Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not released.

According to court documents, the victim had a large cut to his neck and appeared to have been set on fire.

"The first arriving crew obtained a triage report, identifying a total of seven patients in need of care," said Capt. Gammage. "Extrication was required to assist two patients from their vehicle."

Phoenix police have released bodycam footage of an officer-involved shooting near 75th Avenue and Buckeye that left a suspect dead. The incident began after two people reportedly refused to get off of a bus.

Interstate 10, Loop 202, Loop 101 and I-17 in the Phoenix metro area will all see some closures and restrictions starting March 25 due to ongoing improvement projects.
